Privacy Policy
The Union Township Recreation Department does not collect personally identifying information about a user except for information that is voluntarily provided to us so that we can serve the user’s needs and for legitimate registration purposes. For example, when the user completes an online registration, we need to retain certain personally-identifying information on the Site in order to respond to the registration. A user’s personally-identifying information (voluntarily submitted in connection with an online registration) will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
Late Registration Policy
As approved by the Union Township Recreation Committee at our September 20, 2022 meeting, effective immediately, all sports will be open for a late registration period for 7 days after normal registration closes. This late period will be subject to a late fee and does not guarantee entry to a program. No registrations will be accepted after the late period ends.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds after a program has started. If you would like to request a refund PRIOR to the program start, please email uniontwprecchair@gmail.com so that request may be entered.
Photograph & Audio/Visual Release
The Union Township Recreation Department requests your permission to use photographs and/or video footage taken of you and/or your child, to promote Recreation Department programs through the use of social media, print media, websites, brochures and any other electronic or print format. Please complete the form below to provide such authorization.
I, as a parent/guardian of the below-named youth, and/or as an adult participant, fully authorize Union Township and the Union Township Recreation Department (hereinafter, “the Township”), and their legal representatives and/or agents, to use my likeness and/or the likeness of the below-named minor(s) in photographs, audio/video recordings, movie film, or any other electronic or print format, including newsletters, website posts and social media pages, without payment or any other consideration.
I hereby authorize the Township to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photographs, movie films, video/audio recordings for any lawful purpose. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Township and will not be returned.
I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness, or the likeness of the below-named minor(s), appears.
I waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs, move films, video and/or audio recordings, and any other media.
I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Township from and against all actions, claims loss, liability, damages and costs, including attorneys’ fees, that I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
I am at least 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
